Basic processing usually takes about an hour. Complex or large orders can take longer. If Human in the Loop (for high deliverable quality), is selected it will be processed in 3-4 hours. We will email you as soon as your order is ready.
PIDtoExcel retains files for 60 days for redelivery and support, after which files are deleted and are inaccessible. You may request earlier deletion.
PIDtoExcel uses cloud servers in Germany provided by Hetzner Online GmbH. We use Cloudflare, Inc. for security of our public assets. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics for privacy-centric usage metrics. Emails are sent through ZeptoMail, operated by Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd., with email data stored in Zoho's India datacenters. Payments are processed by our payment gateway, PayPal.
Yes. You may opt-in to receive an NDA during the P&ID upload process. A standard NDA is generated and attached to your estimate. Signed PDF may be requested before processing by replying to the estimate email, prior to completion of payment.
Reply to the delivery email. We will re-process your document, or offer a refund per our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
You may cancel before processing starts for a full refund. Post-delivery refunds are available for delivery failures or materially defective outputs. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy for more details.
