2. Your content & license

You represent that you have all rights to upload the files and that they do not violate law or third-party rights. You grant us a non-exclusive license to process, store, copy and transmit your content solely to provide the service and support.

3. Acceptable use

Do not upload illegal, harmful or infringing content; malware; personal data without a lawful basis; or content subject to export controls/sanctions. Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.

4. Payments

Pricing is shown before purchase. Payments are processed by PayPal; you agree to their terms. We do not store card/bank details. Taxes, if any, are your responsibility.

Outputs are delivered by email and processed by ZeptoMail to the address you provide. Timelines are targets, not guarantees.

6. Cancellation and Refund

See the Cancellation and Refund Policy (incorporated by reference).

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Engineering decisions should be verified independently; we are not responsible for use of outputs in safety-critical contexts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you for the affected job(s) in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
