Cancellation and Refund Policy

Before processing
You may cancel a job before processing starts for a full refund.
After processing / digital delivery
For digital goods, refunds are generally not available once outputs are delivered, except where:
- we are unable to deliver the files to your email and cannot remedy within a reasonable time; or
- the outputs are materially defective relative to the features advertised and we cannot correct them after you provide a reproducible example.
In such cases we will, at our discretion, re-process the job or issue a full or partial refund.
Duplicate/erroneous payments
If you were charged more than once for the same job or charged in error, we will refund the duplicate/erroneous amount in full.
How to request
Email [email protected] with your job ID, payment reference and the issue. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via PayPal. bank/card timelines may apply.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer laws.
