About PIDtoExcel

PIDtoExcel turns piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs) into clean, verifiable data — overlays, CSVs — so engineering teams can review, audit and act faster.

What we do

• High-recall OCR for tiny labels; local or OpenAI-powered.
• Equipment, instruments, and lines as clean CSVs. Import to Excel to view.
• DXF Exports. Import into Autodesk Viewer or AutoCAD for viewing and editing.
• Deliverables sent via email.

How it works

2. Review the plan & pricing.
3. Run extraction to generate overlays and CSVs.
4. Receive files by email.

Infrastructure & trust

We use cloud servers in Germany provided by Hetzner Online GmbH. We use Cloudflare, Inc. for security of our public assets. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics for privacy-centric usage metrics. Emails are sent through ZeptoMail, operated by Zoho Corporation Pvt. Ltd., with email data stored in Zoho's India datacenters. Payments are processed by our payment gateway, PayPal.
